Neighbour Liaison Officer

The successful applicant will need to have the ability to understand elements of Landlord/Tenant Housing Legislation and have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. You should be able to work on your own initiative, be flexible and able to adapt to changing work requirements whilst remaining calm, positive and cheerful.

Experience in dealing with conflict resolution and/or mediation is essential along with a valid UK Driving Licence.
